Child profile details you provide (name and age/date of birth), learning preferences, messages to the AI tutor, progress metrics, and usage timestamps. Technical data such as IP address and device/app identifiers may also be collected to provide security and service functionality.
To provide the HeyKnowee educational tutoring service, personalize learning safely, maintain security (e.g., rate limiting and abuse prevention), comply with law, and support your account. We do not use children’s data for behavioral advertising, and we do not use user or child content to train or improve our models.
We share with service providers acting on our instructions to operate the Service. Key providers include Google Gemini (AI processing) and Stripe and/or Apple (payments).
